Team Lead
A Southside Indianapolis production facility is in need of a Team Lead to lead a shift of 8 Production Workers on an evening shift. This person is responsible for ensuring safety, motivating employees and acting as a working supervisor. This position will train on day shift and will ultimately lead the night crew from 6pm-6am on a rotating shift. The ideal candidate has strong production and manufacturing experience with a strong work record. Additionally, they are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined with forklift experience, strong organization skills and strong leadership skills. If you are looking for an excellent opportunity with a company that has a well respected name and brand across the country, this position may be for you! Pay rate is $16/hr.

just wondering… if i’m out of high school and have had 11 months of customer service expreance and know how to use microsoft suite,had computer classes, and is able to stay on task, whyyyyy please tell me why i have to be 18. I’m going to be 18 in 2 months.. but i cant find a job because of my age!!! I have a diplomia. I gradutaed with honors a year early! and i cant find a job as a waitress! i’d love to work with cars. anything thats not pizaa but i cant even apply because of my age.. isnt there a way around that????
