IT/Process Operations Analyst (Super User)
Express Employment Professionals is NOW HIRING a Process Operations Analyst (Super User) for a Southside company. This is a contract position with potential to be hired long term. Ideal candidate will perform the information technology & process functions required in the support of warehouse operations and be able to effectively communicate resolution of systematic problems. Need to be able to perform various IT support functions relating to inventory control of company assets and troubleshoot PC problems both. Responsible for creating detailed incident reports, communicating with support and client personnel to track the status of unresolved computer hardware and software problems and producing reports to upper management. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read/write and interpret documents, perform a variety of organizational functions and have experience working with operational processes and good documentation, organization, written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organization are a must. Pay rate is $16.50-22.50/hr.
