Our Team
The staff at Express Employment Professionals in Greenwood has a passion for finding good people jobs with good companies. They specialize in helping people find a job in three areas: administrative, industrial/commercial, and professional positions. Express has been fortunate to continue to add new team members since opening in 2005. We currently have seven full time staff members able to assist in human resource solutions within the Southside Indianapolis area. We also have two college interns from the University of Indianapolis. We work the university to help students gain experience that will help them with skills after they graduate.

Kelly Heffner, Payroll Administrator, graduated from University of Indianapolis in 1992. She has also received her Master’s degree from Indiana University. Kelly was an elementary school teacher for 12 years prior to joining her husband in the daily operations at Express. “I feel Express strives every day to assist people to find rewarding jobs. Everyone here works really hard to allow for success for our clients and associates,” |

Elaine Pesto, Business Development Specialist, was born and raised in Bloomington, Indiana and graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS in Agriculture. Elaine currently resides in Greenwood, Indiana with her husband and two children. She is a Board of Director for the Franklin Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Greater Greenwood Chamber of Commerce, active at Our Lady of Greenwood Church, and the troop leader for her daughter’s Girl Scout troop. Her passion for and involvement in the community makes her a dynamic sales leader for Express Employment Professionals. “I enjoy working with companies in Johnson County and helping them grow their business by finding them great people.” |

Jessica Messer, PHR, Business Development Specialist, was born and raised in Fort Wayne and graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Sociology. Jessica passed her PHR exam in 2007. Jessica was part of the opening of our office in 2005 and became our Sr. Staffing Coordinator. She left for about 16 months and worked as a recruiter for a company in Warsaw. She recently moved back to Indy and rejoined Express. She is now going to be responsible for helping us continue developing great relationships on the Southside of Indy. Her passion for helping people find jobs make her a huge asset to Express. “I love seeing when we have made an impact on a business – either helping them with hiring one of our associates or with a human resource need.” |

Mandy Adams, Employment Specialist, graduated from Taylor University with a B.A. in psychology and a minor in writing. She has worked with Express for over three years. Mandy started as our Front Office Coordinator and now has transitioned over to an Employment Specialist. “I love helping our clients find great people. We understand how difficult it is to be unemployed, especially in a struggling economy. Being able to offer someone full time, permanent employment with a stable company is the most fulfilling part of what we do here at Express.” |

Erin Ricke, Employment Specialist, has been with the Greenwood office since it opened June 2005. Erin graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a B.A. in communication. “I realize losing a job and finding a job is life changing. The best reward I can receive in being an employment specialist is helping the person that has struggled to find employment to find a great job. Finding people jobs is my daily routine, and it is also the most rewarding aspect of working for Express,” |

Phillip Powell, Employment Specialist, graduated from Southeastern University in 2001. After five years in administrative leadership at a church, he joined Express Employment Professionals. “I enjoy helping people and seeing their lives turned around. I’m honored to be part of a team that provides so many companies with sensible staffing solutions while at the same time giving hope to the job seeker.” |
